Erica Bennett
Grounded in critical and community approaches to physical activity psychology, my work focuses on the interrelated psychological, behavioural, and sociocultural factors that shape peoples’ experiences with physical activity and health throughout the life course. I conduct research in three main areas, including i) elite athlete stress, emotions, and coping; ii) body image and physical activity, and iii) experiences of physical activity, chronic illness, and disabilities.
